Grace & Stella is a fast-growing beauty brand loved for its results-driven products, playful personality, and global community. As we scale across DTC, Amazon, retail and international markets, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, elevating our creative output while increasing performance across every touchpoint.
Skincare here starts with a feel-good moment. We love the science — we're also here for the fun, the magic and the sparkle. Uncomplicated. Vegan. Cruelty-free. Built to make your skin (and your day) glow.
Because happy skin is great. Feeling good in it is even better.
We're looking for a packaging developer with NPD experience to own the development of sets, kits and gifting, working to briefs from Commercial and Design.
You’ll join the Product Team at Gravitiq, primarily supporting the grace & stella brand, leading packaging projects from concept through to implementation across a growing portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll act as the technical packaging lead — translating ideas into commercially viable products while coordinating with our partners in Asia.
The role balances customer requirements, manufacturing capability, quality standards, operational practicality and commercial performance. It is highly collaborative: you’ll work across Commercial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Brand, Design and Regulatory, and directly with external suppliers, to deliver launch readiness on time.
Responsibilities
- Project delivery. Lead packaging projects from concept to launch against Brand and Commercial briefs. Own the critical path and deliver on time, on budget and to specification, maintaining momentum across multiple live projects. You’ll also support ongoing and future primary packaging projects across the portfolio.
- Cross-functional coordination . Work across internal and remote teams — Commercial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Brand, Design and Regulatory — and with external suppliers to develop and land products.
- Commercial ownership. Drive target costing, budget control and commercial feasibility across all assigned projects, analysing packaging performance and cost to identify improvement opportunities.
- Sourcing and innovation. Source new packaging, materials and design inspiration to keep the portfolio innovative and diverse. Carry out competitor and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Technical expertise. Act as the packaging technical reference point for the business, supporting production trials and implementation.
- Sustainability. Support and manage packaging sustainability initiatives, including material reduction and recyclability.
- Ways of working. Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, documentation and ways of working.
Requirements
- 2–6 years in NPD, product development, packaging development or sourcing. Beauty, personal care or gifting ideal; general merchandise, accessories or wider consumer goods equally relevant.
- Technical knowledge of packaging materials, printing, finishes, specifications and processes.
- Exceptional critical path and cross-functional project management, with the ability to run several live projects independently across multiple channels and market requirements.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and packaging constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to balance technical decisions against business outcomes.
- Continuous improvement mindset and an adaptable approach.
