Grace & Stella is a fast-growing global beauty brand, known for its results-driven products and playful, distinctive voice. We’re looking for an experienced NPD Project Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of new product launches, managing the journey from approved concepts through to production readiness. Working cross-functionally with teams across commercial, marketing, creative, and supply chain, you’ll ensure projects stay on track, aligned, and delivered to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project management of multiple SKUs from confirmed placement to production handover
- Develop new product concepts, formulas and packaging that are globally compliant and commercially viable within agreed launch timeframes
- Build and manage detailed critical paths, identifying risks and driving mitigation plans
- Act as the central point of coordination between commercial, marketing, creative, operations, and external suppliers
- Ensure packaging, artwork, specifications, and documentation are delivered accurately and on time
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear reporting on project status
- Drive decision-making and escalate issues where required to protect launch timelines
- Ensure smooth transition from development into supply chain and manufacturing
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ~5+ years’ experience in cosmetic NPD or product launch project management
- ~Proven experience delivering multi-SKU launches in a fast-paced environment
- ~Strong cross-functional coordination skills
- ~Comfortable managing external suppliers and vendors
- ~Highly organised with strong attention to detail and deadline discipline
- ~Experience and knowledge in packaging and packaging delivery preferred
- ~Experience and knowledge with PDQs would be a bonus
