We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to play a key role in delivering high-performing creative across paid media, e-commerce, and social. This role will be instrumental in bringing our brand to life consistently and effectively across all digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on role for a highly capable Digital Designer with strong experience across paid social, motion and e-commerce creative.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Paid social & performance creative: Design high-performing, platform-native creative across Meta, TikTok, Amazon and retail media channels. Produce both static and motion assets, including editing short-form video for social and performance marketing channels. Adapt and iterate creative based on testing insights and campaign performance. Partner with Paid and Marketing teams to develop new creative concepts and hooks. Design creative that feels native to each platform, understanding how pacing, hooks, captions and visual hierarchy influence engagement and conversion. Develop and optimise retail DSP Campaigns to optimise retail performance, working with the paid media teams.
  • Motion & video: Create motion-first assets for social and paid campaigns. Edit video content from brand shoots, UGC and creator content. Translate campaign ideas into engaging short-form video assets.
  • E-Commerce & DTC: Design digital assets across the website including landing pages and promotional graphics. Support creative development for PDP listings and digital merchandising across Amazon and retail partners. Design and maintain website components, landing pages and digital design systems in Figma. Ensure consistency across digital merchandising and promotional campaigns.
  • Digital campaigns: Develop assets across email campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing moments. Adapt creative for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Creative systems & workflow: Help build efficient design workflows that support high-volume asset production. Work closely with the Head of Design to maintain brand design systems and guidelines. Collaborate with junior designers and support their development where needed.

Who you are:

Experience: Solid experience in digital design roles, ideally within beauty, wellness or consumer brands. Experience working in DTC, e-commerce or performance marketing environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social creative and motion design. Experience designing for Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms.

Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Excellent video editing and motion skills using tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition). Proficiency in Figma for digital design, layout systems and collaborative workflows. Familiarity with social-first editing tools (e.g. CapCut) and an understanding of how content performs across short-form video platforms.
