For the right candidate, it offers a level of practical exposure and responsibility that may not always be available at junior level within larger operators. The role will be paid at £8 per hour during the first year, rising after year one to at least the applicable National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage. Further salary progression may be available based on performance and business needs.
