Are you an experienced Tender or Bid professional looking to take ownership of complex offshore projects within a growing international business?

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in securing major offshore and subsea projects while working alongside highly experienced technical, operational and commercial teams.

Opportunity

You’ll manage the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and pre-qualification through to contract award, helping to shape winning commercial strategies for projects across international offshore markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete tender process from pre-qualification to contract award.
  • Coordinate technical, operational and commercial teams throughout each submission.
  • Prepare high-quality commercial proposals, pricing and project estimates.
  • Review tender documentation, scopes of work and contract requirements.
  • Support bid strategy, commercial risk assessment and bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients throughout the tender process.
  • Ensure successful project handover following contract award.
  • Drive improvements to tendering processes and best practice.
  • We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing ITTs, RFPs and RFQs.
  • Strong commercial awareness and proposal preparation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Previous experience within offshore, subsea, engineering or energy sectors would be advantageous.
