Type: Full Time, Permanent About the Role Grace May is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established organisation to recruit an IT Support Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous IT support experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative IT team.

You'll play a key role in providing technical support to users while gaining exposure to infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and a variety of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users via phone, email and in person.

Log, prioritise and resolve support requests using the helpdesk system.

Install, configure and support desktops, laptops and printers.

Assist with the administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.

Support network connectivity and troubleshoot technical issues.

Help maintain backup and disaster recovery systems.

Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve hardware and software issues.

Assist with IT upgrades, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide occasional support to other company locations as required.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk role.

Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office.

Experience installing and supporting desktop and laptop hardware.

Basic knowledge of Windows Server.

An understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP and VPN.

Experience using an IT helpdesk or ticketing system.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
