We are hiring a Full Time Bridal Stylist (5 days per week – 40 hours) working a rotational schedule across our busiest days (will include Saturday & Sunday).

• Provide personalised one‑on‑one private styling appointments
• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
• Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
• Strive to reach and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals

• Have a reputation for being industry leaders in personalised and friendly VIP service
• Take accurate measurements and upsell from our exquisite range of accessories
• Multi‑task between appointments and following up with brides via email & phone – work off an iPad and be IT savvy
• Maintain high commitment and work ethic while mastering extensive product knowledge
• Act as brand ambassadors wearing our products while in the showroom
• Must be able to work weekends – our busiest showroom days, but promise you will have the most fun!

• If you have a passion for bridal fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine love for helping brides you will shine in this role. To be successful you will require:
• Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
• Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high‑quality product range
• Hard‑working with strong multi‑tasking skills
• Highest standard of attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and administrative ability
• Able to work weekends and flexible to take on extra shifts as needed
• Intermediate IT & administration capability skills – experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry (e.g., NetSuite advantageous)
