Split over 3 units - residential, dementia and nursing, you will be supported by unit managers and a committed clinical deputy manager. The home is very settled with good occupancy, a good reputation locally, GOOD CQC, and a committed and passionate care team who will be looking to you to lead the home to even more success. About the Role
As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home. Operating within a regulated environment, you will ensure full compliance with CQC standards while delivering exceptional care and achieving strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and high-quality care.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain excellent care standards.
- Manage the home's budget and drive financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Lead on continuous improvement with the aim of achieving and sustaining Outstanding ratings.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of achieving high ratings.
