I am seeking an experienced and confident home manager for my client's well-established, stunning care home in Kent. The home is very settled with good occupancy and a committed and passionate care team who will be looking to you to lead the home to even more success. The home is highly regarded in the area and part of a successful and growing care home group specialising in care of the elderly.

About the Role
As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home. Operating within a regulated environment, you will ensure full compliance with CQC standards, while delivering exceptional care and achieving strong commercial performance. You will be supported by a dedicated internal team including a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, alongside external Operations and Central support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and high-quality care
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain excellent care standards
- Manage the home's budget and drive financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Lead on continuous improvement with the aim of achieving and sustaining Outstanding ratings
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of achieving high ratings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware with experience driving occupancy and business performance
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care
- Ability to contribute to the growth and development of the service
