Job Description PE8 Oundle Northamptonshire Full time 37.5 hours per week Good CQCIdeal for a registered manager looking for a smaller home or a very experienced deputy manager c£45k DOE plus excellent benefitssmall 40 bed residential and dementia care home focusing on care of the elderly of the elderly We are working with a super provider of care of the elderly that is renowned for putting residents and employees first and puts care and quality of care at the heart of everything they do I am seeking a passionate Home Manager who is passionate about and experienced in care, to drive occupancy and develop relationships in the community .

You will have the opportunity to develop and manage this lovely, small care home with so much potential and an excellent reputation that has a Good CQC You will be supported by a stable and excellent team including a deputy manager and team of committed carers You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, developing and leading a dedicated team, and ensuring the home becomes a maintains and builds on its superb reputation locally.

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the homes operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day running.

Champion the highest standards of care, ensuring residents live in a safe, stimulating, and dignified environment.

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks, maintaining the homes Good care standards.

Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families, providing reassurance and clear communication.

Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while delivering exceptional care services.

Develop strong ties with local healthcare professionals, community groups, and other stakeholders to enhance the homes reputation and presence.

Experience: Proven experience as a Home Manager or deputy manager in a care home setting Relevant qualifications (e.

G., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent).

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a cohesive team.

In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, and best practices in elderly care.

A compassionate, resident-focused approach, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of your residents Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
