Our client is a small 28 bed nursing home in Seaton, Devon and part of a lovely local healthcare provider and is seeking a committed and professional home manager to develop the home and lead the friendly and committed team there.
In a superb location with a good reputation you will be liaising with families, residents , healthcare professionals , recruiting and organising training required and ensuring clinical care is maintained to the highest standard for all its residents. This would suit an experienced manager looking for a smaller home or a deputy/clinical lead looking for their first home manager role.
