You will oversee 4 units managed by enthusiastic unit managers in this super GOOD rated and purpose built care home. This is a supernumerary role, offering the opportunity to focus on clinical leadership, governance and quality, rather than being part of the rota.
You will support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care, leading the clinical team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC standards. You’ll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, overseeing care planning, audits, and staff development.
