Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Recovery Manager for our Rhondda Care Home in Ystrad, CF41 7SU. This will be for 18 to 24 months.
Rhondda Care Home specialises in providing nursing and residential care for older people. We provide a number of therapies, resources and facilities and we are focused on ensuring people receive the highest standard of care to suit their individual needs. We work in a person-centred way to identify individual goals and ambitions, focusing on enablement and the promotion of personal dignity in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Salary Β£60K circa
- Must have RMA or LMA Level 5
- Willing to Register with CSSIW
- Proven track record in recovery and maintenance of a service
- At least 2 year experience in recovery of services
