Grace James Recruitment Ltd is a social care recruitment agency specialising in permanent placements of healthcare professionals into superb roles within the social care field. We are seeking a Clinical Manager for a short-term position (approximately 6 months) to manage a small 22-bed nursing home for our client in Surbiton. Our client is a small, local provider with a good reputation.
You will be required to manage the staff and ensure all clinical aspects of running the home are adhered to. As there will be strong support from senior management, you will be required to spend a lot of your time on the floor with some supernumerary/office-based time.
There is a competitive salary of £35-38k D.O.E available, as well as invaluable experience for a deputy looking for more home management exposure or a home manager looking for a short-term role in a small home.
