Due to internal promotion, a super opportunity has arisen to lead and manage a lovely purpose-built nursing, residential and dementia care home and take this home to the next level. The home has an excellent reputation in the area and has recently undergone refurbishment and improvements, ready for a committed and passionate home manager to build on the relationships in the community and with stakeholders.
The home is part of a growing portfolio of elderly care homes. The provider is a very supportive and award-winning provider that supports and nurtures ambition. You will be supported by a clinical deputy manager and unit managers.
We're looking for someone who can/has:
- Previous experience in a registered manager role within a large nursing service
- Ideally be an RMN with a current PIN but you will have experience of managing mental health services
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in adult social care
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate commitment to delivering safe, personalised, high-quality care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
