A highly regarded and growing luxury care provider is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to work closely with the Home Manager in developing a new residential and dementia care home.
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Salary: c£55,000/60,000 p.a. DOE
Responsibilities:
- Share responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.
- Help to ensure the best care for residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
Your Skills:
- Essential to hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
- Combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
- Ideally have experience in the luxury/private pay market.
- Experience of commissioning services.
