Our client is a growing independent LD and mental health provider and is currently seeking a Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) for their 22-bed learning disability care home in Leicester. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse with management experience, looking to take the next step in their career progression.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the Registered Manager. We are looking for an individual who is a confident communicator, an effective leader, and a skilled clinician committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care during an exciting time of change and development within the care home.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with clinical autonomy within the role and the opportunity to enhance their professional development in leadership and management.
