I am seeking a Care Home Manager for this lovely, highly regarded care home that is part of a growing and successful independent care group specialising in the care of the elderly. You will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of this home. With strong backing from a well-resourced senior team, you will enjoy the autonomy to develop a positive culture, deliver the highest standards of care, and build a motivated, stable workforce.
