My client is a highly regarded and growing luxury care provider providing high quality care services for older people in the South East.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to work closely with the Home Manager and Senior Staff team to deliver the best possible care to their residents.
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Supernumerary
Salary: c£55000/60000 p.a. DOE
Responsibilities:- You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.
- You’ll help to ensure we provide the best care for residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
- Essential to hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
- You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
- Ideally be working in the luxury/private pay market.
