I am seeking a Care Home Manager for this lovely, highly regarded care home that is part of a growing and successful independent care group specialising in the care of the elderly. You’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of this home. With strong backing from a well‑resourced senior team, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to develop a positive culture, deliver the highest standards of care, and build a motivated, stable workforce.
