My client is a highly regarded and growing luxury care provider providing high quality care services for older people in the South East.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to work closely with the Home Manager in developing this stunning, new residential and dementia care home to deliver the best possible care to their residents.
Full Time - 40 hours per week • Supernumerary • Salary: c£55000/60000 p.a. DOE
Responsibilities
- You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.
- You’ll help to ensure we provide the best care for residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
Qualifications
- Essential to hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
- You’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
- Ideally be working in the luxury/private pay market.
- Experience of commissioning services.
