Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative duties, including maintaining project files and filing quality records.
- Manage procurement of construction materials and hardware.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as monitoring and backing up project WhatsApp groups, processing materials RMA, checking attendance via the time management system, and managing claim forms.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the project team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and paper) for quick retrieval.
- Update and maintain databases for stock control records, schedules, and VO/SOI with precision.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist in preparing project reports and submissions to clients.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to work independently when required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
