Job Title: Head of Brand & Marketing (Maternity Cover)

Duration: 10 month FTC contract, commencing beginning of November 2025

Location: Hybrid - with travel into Bristol 1 day per week.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand & Marketing (FTC Maternity Cover) to lead our marketing function and help steward the brand during an exciting period of growth, including key product and category launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ownership & Stewardship: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing and communications adhere to Grace & Green’s tone, values, and visual identity.
  • Campaigns, NPD & Launches: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of brand campaigns, new product development (NPD), and major category launches. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Project Management & Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and manage multiple concurrent marketing and brand projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and stakeholder coordination across senior leadership, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Creative & Design Oversight: Manage creative output across all touchpoints including packaging, social content, and brand collateral. Lead and support the graphic design function, both internally and through external partners.
  • Digital & eCommerce: Own the performance and evolution of all digital channels including website (Shopify), paid media, email, SEO, social media, and Amazon. Manage digital agencies and freelance specialists, ensuring best-in-class execution and ROI-driven strategies.
  • B2B Marketing & Representation: Lead B2B marketing initiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, and trade communications. Represent the brand in relevant forums and support commercial teams with tailored marketing strategies that resonate with B2B customers.
  • Communications: Oversee the brand’s voice across all consumer and corporate communications. Support PR, media relations, thought leadership, and partnership messaging as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a senior brand or marketing leadership role, ideally within a purpose-led or DTC/FMCG environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify experience is desirable).
  • Experience managing external partners including digital agencies, creatives, and freelancers.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and excellent executional skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to report on effectiveness of initiatives undertaken.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and a strong grasp of customer segmentation and channel-specific strategies.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to audiences, with a passion for sustainability, women\\\'s health, and innovation.
