We are working with a leading global loss adjusting firm with an excellent reputation for handling large, complex and technically challenging property claims across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Subsidence Loss Adjuster to join their specialist team, managing a varied portfolio of residential and commercial subsidence claims.
The role involves carrying out site visits (both in person and via video) to assess damage and establish the cause. You will prepare clear and detailed reports, along with repair cost assessments, and work closely with Regional Managers to progress claims and confirm policy coverage. You will also liaise with technical specialists on more complex cases, provide regular updates to customers and contractors, and help decide when further investigation or ongoing monitoring is needed.
- Carry out site visits (in person or via video) to assess damage and help establish the cause of loss, working with Subsidence Regional Managers to prepare initial reports.
- Assess damage, identify likely cause, and apply knowledge of subsidence claims, including interpretation of policy terms, conditions, and coverage.
- Carry out repair assessment visits to produce a clear scope of works or tender documentation.
