Overview: We are working with a leading UK loss adjusting organisation with over 40 years of experience providing high-quality claims solutions to the insurance market. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Loss Adjuster to join their Specialist Services division. As a Loss Adjuster, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of customers across Domestic, Commercial, Heritage, Environmental, High Net Worth (HNW), and Major Complex Loss claims. You will join a dedicated team of experienced adjusters who bring a strong collective background across these specialist areas. Many of the team are approved adjusters for specialist insurers and have a clear understanding of the unique challenges and requirements these types of claims involve.
Role Responsibilities:
- Investigating and managing property claims, ensuring a consistently high standard of technical quality is maintained throughout the life of each claim.
- Producing detailed reports covering all aspects of the claim, including policy interpretation, quantum assessment, and recommended next steps.
- Instructing, managing, and coordinating relevant experts as required.
- Maintaining regular communication with all parties involved, including calculating and approving interim payments.
