We are partnering with a leading client in the insurance and risk management sector to recruit experienced Adjusters across the UK. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of claims while delivering professional, fair, and efficient service to clients and policyholders.

You will handle claims from start to finish, working closely with clients, policyholders, and other stakeholders. You’ll assess cases, negotiate settlements, and ensure claims are resolved in line with industry best practices. The role offers exposure across multiple sectors, with travel as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage claims throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, policyholders, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess coverage, scope, and settlement values.
  • Participate in audits, meetings, and reporting as needed.
About You
  • Proven claims handling experience across multiple sectors.
  • Strong understanding of liability, mitigation, and claims management.
  • Professional qualifications (ACILA/CII) are advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and technically confident.
