We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of commercial and domestic property claims, including larger and more complex losses. You will be responsible for handling claims end-to-end, from first notification through to final settlement across the Uxbridge and Slough region.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend site visits to assess damage and loss
- Investigate claims and review policy coverage
- Prepare detailed reports for insurers
- Build and manage relationships with clients, brokers, and contractors
- Appoint and liaise with external specialists (e.g. surveyors, engineers)
- Negotiate and agree claim settlements
About You
- Experience in property claims adjusting (commercial and/or domestic)
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Professional, organised, and solution-focused approach
