Grace Foundation seeks an Ethos Leader to partner with school staff to shape the culture and curriculum through a bespoke Ethos Programme. You will lead an onsite Ethos Team (Youth worker and Family Support Worker) and deliver a calendar of lessons, drop-down days, interventions, enrichment activities, workshops, assemblies and events.

You will collaborate with pastoral teams and curriculum leads to meet holistic student needs, foster local church/community links, and track impact.
