Grace Eyre is seeking friendly, caring, and enthusiastic part-time Support Workers to join our team at Beach Green in Shoreham. You will support four individuals who share a home, helping them maintain independence, health and wellbeing, and engagement in local activities within the community.
Daily duties include personal care, meal prep, exercise, medical appointments, medication support, budgeting, shopping, and recording accurate daily notes.
