Join us behind the scenes of a purpose-driven chocolate company. We’re now looking for a Finance & Business Support Administrator to join our women-led team and help us grow our impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key role in a values-driven organisation where every detail matters, and every day has purpose.
SALARY: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)
HOURS: Part time (24 hours per week) with the possibility of moving to full-time. A job share could be considered.
LOCATION: Stirling (a hybrid arrangement could be considered for the right candidate with the expectation that it will be primarily office based).
FINANCE (Approx 60%):
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
- Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, supporting payroll, preparing and submitting VAT returns, preparing monthly Finance Reports for the Board
- Supporting cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensuring funder and grant reporting is accurate and timely
BUSINESS SUPPORT (Approx 40%):
- Acting as a point of contact for suppliers, partners, and internal teams
- Managing organisational systems including Salesforce and cloud-based storage as well as being the primary administrator for our Microsoft 365 platform
- Supporting HR and compliance documentation
- Supporting stock management, supplier communication, and logistics for chocolate production and fulfilment
- Helping create smooth, effective systems that enable us to do our work with excellence
About you:
- You have finance and admin experience and feel confident using Xero
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and love building efficient systems
- You’re comfortable using CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365, or excited to learn
- You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in a small, purpose-driven team
- You are aligned with our mission and passionate about using your skills for social good
