Grace and Skye Catering is seeking a highly organized Sous Chef to join our team from Thursday to Sunday, with the long-term goal of stepping into Head Chef responsibilities. This multifaceted role requires a chef who is equally skilled at executing high-end canapé events and managing the fast-paced logistics of on-location film catering and hot-box deliveries.
You will be the right hand to our Head Chef, working alongside our current team while taking full ownership of administrative tasks, including meticulous paperwork and proactive ordering for the weeks ahead. This is a perfect opportunity for a disciplined culinary professional who excels in a high-pressure environment and is ready to transition into a leadership and management role.
Grace & Skye is based in Herne Hill, south east London, so please only apply if you are within commuting distance and don't mind early starts.
