Salary: £40k - £80k dependent on experience. Additional performance-related annual bonus and commission structure worth up to £25k.

About the Role:

Are you a passionate and driven sales professional with experience in the luxury marine or residential sectors? My client, a prestigious, owner-led business with 40 years of industry expertise, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients, focusing on their extensive portfolio of marine, residential, and aviation projects.

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be the face of the company, visiting design trade studios, showcasing sample boards, and presenting case files to potential clients. Your ability to establish emotional intelligence and build strong, lasting relationships will be key to your success. You will work closely with the business owner and the London-based team covering Asia and the Middle East, ensuring a seamless experience for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive in nurturing existing client relationships, with 96% of clients turning into repeat revenue.
  • Responsible for managing projects ranging from £150k desks to full projects worth £2m - £3m, ensuring that each client receives a bespoke and tailored experience.
  • Work strategically and close deals to drive the business forward.
  • Opportunity to travel internationally, attending events such as the Monaco Yacht Show, and meeting with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team of 50 skilled professionals to deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind products to discerning clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly with high-net-worth clients.
  • In-depth market knowledge and the ability to identify the right clients and customers.
  • A presentable and confident demeanour, with the ability to attend events and engage with clients.
  • Strong deal management and closing skills.
  • The ability to work strategically and think creatively.
  • Ideally, an established network of high-net-worth clients.
