IDEX Consulting is working with one of the UK's leading pension consulting firms in the search for a Senior Pension Administrator in their DB schemes team.
The role has arisen due to continued growth and recent external investment.

They are an invested Pension practice in the market and offer a market leading financial & benefits package.
You will be responsible for administering and leading on a portfolio of DB schemes, acting as the client relationship manager.
You will check colleagues work, manage work-flow and train/develop the junior staff.
As a Senior Pensions Administrator within our projects team, you will play a crucial part in the delivery and management of pension projects.
You would be involved in a variety of projects including
- Benefit audit analysis & rectification work
- Data analysis and rectification
- GMP reconciliation, rectification and equalisation
- Legal reviews such as benefit specification and equalisation advice
- Data transfer to the Pension Protection Fund or insurance companies
- Manage and maintain member records
- Setting clear timelines for the delivery of projects
- Setting and managing budgets
- Attending Trustee meetings
- Involved in the day to day administration of the scheme
Desirable
- Knowledge of and experience with GMP Reconciliation / Equalisation calculations
- Practical knowledge of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF)
