The Role
Reports to: Head of Finance
Compensation: £50k to £60k (base) + Growth Shares + Company Performance Bonus + UK Benefits i Proov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is currently looking for a highly motivated and tech savvy Finance Manager to join a high performing Finance team in London.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the day to day finance operations and will also get the opportunity to help finalise our implementation of Netsuite, along with helping improve and scale our operational capabilities whilst our business grows.
How you'll make an impact
- Responsible for Month end including all monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Submission and Management of all Tax and Compliance filings including VAT
- Year-End Audit Preparation, liaising with auditors and assisting with Statutory Account Preparation
- Production of Management accounts and various reports and analysis as required
- Manage Cashflow analysis and assist with cashflow forecasting
- Improve Net Suite functionality and financial system controls
- Managing an Assistant Management Accountant
We tend to look for people with
- ACCA or ACA qualified candidates with 3+ years of hands on experience
- Experience of Net Suite is essential
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Advanced IT skills (MS Excel, financial software, databases and spreadsheets)
- Have an eye for continuous improvement
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
