The Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer & Team Lead to join a small, high-impact team with the foresight to scale.

This is not a manager-only role - you'll spend about 80% of your time hands-on, coding and architecting, while dedicating the rest to mentoring, guiding, and shaping the technical roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of full stack engineering experience.

  • Solid knowledge of Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, Docker, AWS).
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership.
