GRID CONNECTIONS & CUSTOMER MANAGER Location: Remote / Hybrid

Salary: £60-70,000 plus car or car allowance, annual bonus Our client is a leader in their market and at the forefront of the Electric Vehicle (EV) revolution on the UK motorway network, dedicated to making sustainable driving accessible for all.

With a commitment to innovation and customer service, this company is seeking a talented Grid Connections & Customer Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where the focus is on delivering exceptional service while overseeing the seamless connection of projects to the energy grid.

The Grid Connections & Customer Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities Included - Lead the planning, application, and execution of grid connections for renewable energy projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs). - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the grid connection process. - Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of grid connection projects, including budget and risk management. - Manage and resolve any grid connection issues or disputes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes - Proven experience in grid operations, preferably in the renewable energy sector. - Strong knowledge of energy regulations, standards, and grid technologies. - Excellent project management and leadership skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
