Key Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to aid continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
