I am seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading torque and tooling solutions provider, Gedore Torque, to support their South and South East region.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in B2B sales, solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships across South and South East England.

  • Manage and grow sales within the South and South East region through account development and new business generation.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering.
  • Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
  • Attend trade shows, customer site visits, and industry events.
