The new HR Business Partner role specialising in TUPE has emerged within a growing organisation. You will support on TUPE & ER issues, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned HR Business Partner with extensive experience in TUPE. You will expertly handle TUPE processes and ensure accurate and up to date information, ensuring terms and conditions are reviewed and all processes followed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. By ensuring precise hierarchy information and smooth TUPE transitions, you will support seamless HR operations.
Alongside this, you will assist with ER issues and work with the HRBP team to support on the employee life-cycle.
Skills and Experience You'll Need:
- Sufficient experience in managing and maintaining organisational hierarchies within HR systems or similar
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring data integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
- Experience of managing TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
- Experience of working collaboratively with HR, ER, and other departments to implement changes and resolve issues related to organisational hierarchies
- Strong background in generating and analysing reports on organisational structure, headcount, and TUPE activities to support decision-making
- Experience in providing training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders on HR systems, hierarchy management, and TUPE processes
- In-depth knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to organisational data management and TUPE
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, particularly those involving organisational changes and TUPE transitions
- Experience in leading and mentoring HR team members, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable team environment
