My client is looking to recruit a National HVAC ales Representative to join their growing team.

They are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and understanding HVAC systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
