We're working with a genuinely innovative, fast-growing business that's starting to disrupt a pretty traditional part of the building services market.

Their offering is landing well, demand is growing, and this hire is part of a planned expansion of the London team.

They're now looking for someone who knows how to sell into contractors and can go and build relationships across live projects.

The Role

This is a front-end role focused on winning work and building a presence across Central London.

  • Develop new business with MEP contractors, electrical contractors and specialist subcontractors
  • Work a live project pipeline — getting in early and staying close through to order
  • Build relationships with QSs, PMs, buyers and decision-makers on site and in offices
  • Grow a base of key accounts while continuing to bring new contractors on board
  • Work alongside internal technical teams to support projects through delivery
