Rates: Negotiable (DOE) Certain Advantage are seeking a HR Administrator to join a global engineering client of ours in Chester, Broughton.
Overview: Join a busy HR operations team supporting personnel admin and payroll activities across the business.
This role requires hands-on experience in admin and data tasks—ideally in payroll or HR.
Key
Responsibilities
- Process HR transactions in Workday & SAP (e. g. starters, leavers, job changes, personal data)
- Monitor data interfaces between systems
- Handle queries via phone/email
- Support payroll operations and HR process improvements
- Assist with system testing and continuous improvement
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong admin and data-handling experience, preferably in payroll
- Knowledge of Workday/SAP (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Google Workspace tools
- Team player with a proactive mindset
