What You'll Be Doing
Employer Engagement: Actively seek out and build relationships with employers, identifying apprenticeship opportunities and promoting Juniper Training as a trusted partner.
Inspiring the Next Generation: Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools, and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training has to offer.
Getting to Know Learners: Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand their goals and match them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities.
Providing Guidance: Be a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed choices about their career paths.
Staying Organised: Keep accurate records of your activities using our CRM system (don't worry, we'll show you the ropes).
Teamwork: Collaborate with program managers and tutors to ensure learners feel supported every step of the way.
Celebrating Success: Work toward achievable recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (bonus points if it's within education or training).
