We are seeking a highly experienced Global Delivery Lead to drive the expansion and excellence of our Professional Services Delivery organization across multiple regions. The role is pivotal in scaling delivery operations, ensuring consistent execution across geographies, and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Expansion
    • Develop and execute a global delivery strategy, expanding Professional Services operations into new regions.
    • Establish and optimize regional delivery hubs, ensuring alignment with market demands and client needs.
    • Collaborate with leadership to define scalable delivery models that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Delivery Excellence & Execution

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services Delivery, with a strong focus on expanding delivery organizations across multiple regions.
  • Deep expertise in Insurance Software and Business Transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex implementation programs.
  • Strong leadership experience in scaling and optimizing delivery teams in a global environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise software deployments, preferably in insurance technology or financial services.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with C‑level executives.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.), governance, and risk management frameworks.
