and take on a pivotal role in shaping our people experience across the group!

  • Responsible for data maintenance, researching, analysing and reporting/presenting findings and information on reward topics and activities.
  • Collaborate on implementing, and maintaining reward practices, processes, and procedures to drive organisational success.
  • Provide support for the annual salary and bonus review cycle, leveraging our internal HRIS tools to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and analyse pay data models for annual pay review budgets, serving as the go-to expert for pay review technology.
  • Manage salary survey submissions and benchmarking processes, ensuring robust analysis of survey and market data.
  • Champion pay equity, internal alignment, and compliance by performing thorough job evaluations and benchmarking activities.
  • First level contact for reward team on all systems related issues, maintenance, development and application.
  • Partner with the People Experience team to ensure smooth invoice approvals and reporting. Also input to reward operational processes where necessary.
