Are you a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer from an MSP background looking to join a fast-growing, award-winning support company that works with luxury brands? In this role you will be going through support tickets, ensuring SLA's are met, offering support & implementation services to clients, resolving helpdesk issues and providing support on Microsoft Operating Systems. The range of brands you will be liaising and building rapport with offers a fresh approach to every day, you are able to handle tasks to completion and work independently.
The ideal candidate has experience in an MSP environment and a technical support background.
