Remote Interim OTBI and Variance Report Developer in Southport

Robertson Bell is supporting a Central Government department that has recently gone live with Oracle Fusion ERP to recruit an interim, for an initial period of three months, to develop off the shelf OTBI and Variance reports into a bespoke solution for the finance team.

Ideally, this role will be worked on a hybrid basis with as close to two days per week in Westminster-based offices however, if required for the right candidate then fully remote working from within the UK can be considered.

Key responsibilities;

• Designing, developing, and implementing tailored OTBI and Variance Reports in Oracle Fusion.
• Collaborating with finance stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Writing clean, well-documented code and queries that can evolve with business needs.
• Conducting user testing, training, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and reliability.

Essential experience;

• Proven experience delivering bespoke OTBI and Variance Reports in Oracle Fusion.
• Strong understanding of the Oracle Reporting environment, data model, and user requirements capture.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with finance teams.
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level); willing to undergo clearance if not already held.
