Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression is a leading provider of kitchen fire suppression systems.

We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of systems for various establishments including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and fast-food outlets.

We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team.

Basic Salary of £28,000

About the Role

As a Kitchensafe Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing Kitchensafe systems for our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Install and service Kitchensafe systems to the highest standards.
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial work on Kitchensafe systems.
  • Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota, ensuring prompt and reliable service.
  • Liaise professionally with on-site concierge teams and management during works to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record all work completed using the PDA system.
  • Be comfortable with long-distance travel across the UK, with flexibility to stay away from home where required.
