Are you a dynamic and self‑motivated individual passionate about driving positive impact? We have an exciting opportunity for a Subscription Sales Manager to join our team at Springwise, a pioneering innovation platform recently acquired by Faversham House. This role expands our subscription base using our integrated technology platforms and AI‑powered collection processes. You will work closely with a small team of editorial experts, a product manager, and senior leaders to develop a groundbreaking subscription product for investors, innovators, and corporate innovation teams. As the first sales manager for this product, your impact will be significant across its development and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion of the subscription base through proactive sales strategies and solution selling.
- Leverage new technology and AI tools to drive efficient collection processes.
- Engage senior decision‑makers (D and C suite) to understand needs and close deals.
- Collaborate with editorial and product teams to shape the subscription offering.
- Experiment with and build compelling propositions that differentiate our product in the market.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven subscription or membership sales experience.
- Confidence on the telephone and the ability to conduct solution selling.
- Experience selling to senior clients at D and C suite level.
- Comfortable experimenting and building propositions.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the willingness to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Location & Working Hours
- Full‑time: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Office: East Grinstead – walking distance to the station, onsite parking.
- Hybrid working model, including home and office, based on team and role requirements.
