Covering sites across Southern England, this is a field-based position essentially responsible for driving HR best practice across the region. You'll partner with the operational team and will influence all aspects of people management to include ER, recruitment, induction and development, investigations and disciplinaries etc. Reporting to the Head of HR the role is an autonomous one with considerable remit with regards to day-to-day diary management and decision making. The position is based from home and involves a degree of remote working with visits to stores when appropriate.
A natural communicator with an ability to engage stakeholders, you'll be CIPD qualified, ideally with field HR experience in a retail or service-driven business. Candidates will be happy in a multi-site role and be organised with regards to diary management and influencing and providing guidance remotely. As the first point of contact with regards to all HR issues, you'll have a broad experience of all HR related subjects but we are particularly keen to identify candidates with a good working knowledge of Employee Relations issues, OCM and talent and development activities. This is an interesting and stimulating role within a business whose current structure ensures that the position can really add value to both the region and the wider business.
